Harmony Tai Chi as taught by the Ni Family captures the gracefulness and meditative benefits of the popular yang style of Tai Chi, as well as the power generating aspects of Chen style, and the agility of the Wu style. It is a wonderful practice for people of any age.

Rafaele Desire Brooks is an orthodontist, writer, and painter. She has experienced first hand the benefits of Tai Chi for stress release and well-being, and is dedicated to improving the life of as many as possible by practicing this wonderful discipline.
She is certified by the College of Tao in Los Angeles to teach Path Life Coaching, Taoist meditation L1, 2, 3, 4; Harmony Tai Chi Level 1, 2, and 3; and Tai Chi Sword, and fan Level 1.
