Medical research has confirmed the benefits of Taoist meditation and Qi Gong (translate: Life Force enhancing movements) to reduce stress, increase healing, and enhance immune function. 

In this workshop, you will learn to release toxic emotions, shield yourself, and increase your energy and vitality with several Taoist meditations from the Ni Family Lineage, healing sounds, and simple but powerful Qi Gong practices.

Harmony Tai Chi as taught by the Ni Family captures the gracefulness and meditative benefits of the popular yang style of Tai Chi, as well as the power generating aspects of Chen style, and the agility of the Wu style. It is a wonderful practice for people of any age.


Dr. Rafaele Desire Brooks is an orthodontist, writer, and painter. She has experienced first hand the benefits of Tai Chi for stress release and well-being, and is dedicated to improving the life of as many as possible by practicing this wonderful discipline.
She is certified by the College of Tao in Los Angeles to teach Taoist meditation, Harmony Tai Chi 18-Step, 28-Step, and Level 1 Sword, and by Shelton Qi Gong. Since 2012, she has taught Tai Chi at Yo San University in Culver City (co-founded by  Dr. Mao Shing Ni), and has given classes at the park.
